Maybe an education system that teaches that sharing wealth will make a country healthier, happier and wealthier. Seems like Americans have been well schooled in propaganda that calls for minimal govt - not always good.

Home schooling is on the rise in Western Australia where parents are held accountable by Educ. Dept mentors. Invariably the kids who are home schooled have some divergence. Some home schoolers do well. The govt also successfully runs distance educ. for kids living in very isolated places. It works.

I hear you. My brain is on fire at 2am after I’ve have a few hrs of zzzds - a time when I do my best thinking, problem solving and even house cleaning. Pop back to bed about 4am to finish the night, waking refreshed.

We have chickens on our 40 acre property who free range. Lock them up at night. They give newcomers a hard time by pecking them ruthlessly.
