I'm so sorry about all the issues with them, they can really suck a lot of the time :/ I'm also above the medicare threshold. I find calling them up or going into a centerlink or government building gives a little more clarity sometimes but usually its no dice. Good luck <3

Yeah NDIS can be so beurocratic. I tried for months to get on payments but unfortunately they kept denying it
