Namaste, friends, and may you find rest and peace in these turbulent times we find ourselves in. It's easy to lose sight of the "big picture" of becoming self-aware and awake, especially when groceries and rents are going up and the broken system we live in keeps us poor, financially.

According to a YouTube video, I watched, by morgue official, the cathar's taught that this world is a prison for fallen angels and the Christian God is really Satan, in disguise. No matter whether you believe this or not, one can see the logic behind these beliefs.

I listened to the band "The Used" yesterday, and when they said people are vomit, all I could do was think: yeah, and they've gotten a lot worse over the years. especially haters, fascists, and Maga supporters.

Trump said he wants to give us fewer holidays off of work so that we're more productive. More days at work doesn't necessarily mean more productivity. In fact, some studies have shown that a four day work week can sometimes equal better productivity. There was a Ted talk on it.

I wonder if the no kings rallies woke the president up to the fact that we aren't happy with what he's doing. Will he change his tune? Probably not, but our voices are all we've got. Dealing with a narcissist is never easy. They don't care about anybody but themselves. F Trump.

One thing I like about the book: The Four Agreements is the fact that it says this world is hell. Everything I see in the world illustrates that statement to a tee. Here's to another Friday finished in hell. May your weekend be slightly less hellish. Slainte'.

The Supreme Court is deciding whether to follow Trump's executive order with limiting birthright citizenship. I personally hope they limit or block Trump's executive order and continue to allow birthright citizenship for everyone. I'll continue to follow the case as they post updates.

Hopefully, your mother's day was a good one. And, if your mother isn't alive anymore, I'd like to say this: I'm very sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what it must feel like, until I'm there, myself. However, she raised a good one by raising you, and you remember her. So send some love to her.

If I were as rich as Bill Gates is, I'd hope I'd have the same amount of courage as he has. Giving away money to help people takes courage, and I'm impressed by his philanthropy.

I'm a non- militant antinatalist. I believe in avoiding as much suffering as possible. But, I won't tell you what to do with your life. If you want kids, I understand. It's natural. I'm going against the grain because it makes sense to me. The gov't cares more about a fetus than any person on earth.

A side note on self care, especially during these trying times: you deserve to be happy. I got a haircut today. It felt so good to have someone else wash my hair before the cut and to just relax in a chair for an hour while my hair was cut. I don't know what self care you need, but do it.

They announced today that the nfl draft in 2027 is going to be in D.C. I see this as a distraction from the evil going on here and abroad. Like, cool, draft; okay, can we talk about Gaza now? Real people are dying. Can we talk about the price of groceries and gas? Can we talk about deportations?

Small minds have small plans. Me? I have no plans because most plans fail. Trump claims to be smart, but his plans are small, like his hands. He cares more about money than people, and it's sad to see us struggling to feed ourselves and our families. Impeach him, and lock him up.
