my initial impressions after finishing it were harsh to be fair lol

i was down mostly on the plot, mainly due to how horribly the rival was used narratively (and mechanically) and how that almost ruined the finale for me

gameplay wise it's my favorite since BW2, and it does still have top tier characters like Corbeau and Jacinthe

i think swsh is potentially a worse game than xy considering its so uninteresting for a 60€ pokemon game but i have nice memories of playing it during covid, and the characters designs are top tier even if writing is barely there

they discontinued it because i'd win every year 😎

i might also add Atelier Ryza Trilogy DX to this

i dont have dlc yet, since i borrowed the game from library

if they release a physical with DLC like ScaVi i might get that and then play it

and home is also just a shitty app on top of that

why do i need to go out of my nintendo switch app to the mobile app to trade

but then the mobile app doesn't have ways to organize boxes in any way so you're always stuck using two devices

that's my thought too, i liked invidual characters and even how side stories show the pokemon world, but the actual narrative just feels like... nothing? its like a proper middle arc was forgotten in the story
