I'm a huge fan of the National Parks Service and they are doing great work but South Dakota's State Parks Service also deserve credit here too. The first time I saw Bison in real life was at the unfortunately named Custer State Park and it left an indelible mark on me. They're magical animals.

I hear you. My guess is both too few people who are overworked along with insurance prodders making everything 10x more difficult than it needs to be. At the end of the day the patient is always the loser.

Good grief what a nightmare. I'm happy you got what you needed in the end but sheesh. My CVS has been a nightmare since they closed the larger location in my neighborhood and moved everyone over to the remaining location without increasing staff.

Well that sucks ass.

Both my wife and I are multiple snoozers. I usually get up after the second snooze is hit though because the cats are no longer willing to let me continue ignoring them.
