It's taken 30 years but finally made it to director level. Nice thing is I don't have to manage a team to do that. (I have done in the past, and loved it) but I feel I can contribute more without the time it takes to guide and coach reports. Love that where I work completely supports that.

Congratulations John Mayall for making it into the rock and roll hall of fame... He's a Macclesfield lad, done good and one of the most influential blues artists in the UK. Mentor to the likes of Eric Clapton.
