I remember them trying that a few times in the 2003 series, and a lot of the time he just straight up dodges it. I think part of the explanation is that (at least in that series) he's generally too fast and overwhelming for the Jedi to concentrate enough to pull it off.

You could probably doctor that into a viable Destiny name with a few extra letters, maybe a hyphen, or apostrophe. Something like Dredgen Bahl-Xi
