i forgot one! The Age of Arrogance is also really good. like Knight To A Lady it’s mainly fantasy with romantic undertones that get more focus later in the story, but the political drama is the main focus :) it’s very early in its story too so there’s lots more to come!

oh this is such a fun question!! i haven’t ever thought about that. i only think about when one or the other figures it out, and often i’ll make the character think a relationship is unattainable. my favorite song for that is hunter moon by kate rusby (really good song if you haven’t heard it!!)

i can’t help with books since i’m trying to get back into reading myself but one of my favorite things about webtoon is i feel like a good portion of the romance genre gets people with the romance tag and then forces them into fantasy politics, especially in femme-targeted isekais. it’s so fun

i used to write fics and the people who consistently commented on the 50+ chapters i posted across 2 stories made me SO happy. getting to know each person’s reactions across each chapter was everything to me, like making acquaintances, so please, comment!!! it’ll make authors’ day :)
