1. Preheat oven to 200c (400 freedom units)
2. Mix 100g oat flour, 40g oats, 70g peanut flour, 50g unflavoured vegan protein powder, 50g erythritol and a dash of salt in a large bowl.
3. Add in 360g soy milk and mix well.
4. Transfer to a rectangular container. Bake for 25 min.
