I relapsed yesterday with my ed and I'm lowkey proud of myself for this because I'm worried i won't get myself help if my health gets dangerous again and what will happen if I'm alone when that happens but this reminder makes me feel better

When my card declines in therapy so they mention my exercise addiction at the ripe age of 15 that i often have flashbacks about because I exercised everyday and night for a year and a half straight and got permanent heart damage from and my parents still didn't care about me 😍🥰
