I don’t know. I think clubs are always going to look for ways to pass instructions to players so I think you may as well formalise it as part of the rules.

I would just introduce a two minute time out that team can use once a match or once a half. We already have it so why not formalise it it’s not gonna advantage or disadvantage anybody.

4. The lads showed real grit.

In fairness, we have given as good as we got, but yeah, this ref has no idea what he’s doing and it’s completely ruined the game

And he was kicked all over the pitch prior to being sent off there is so much wrestling and such a lot of foul play from both teams actually because in fairness we have given as good as we got. All because the ref doesn’t know his job.

1. I don’t want to dig out refs but he has been terrible I want the game to flow but at some point you’ve actually got to enforce the rules of the game. I don’t think who can complain about being sent off, but I think you can complain that he was fouled before he was sent off
