A thought on Monday’s (22/9/25) PA. You mentioned Trump’s 2020 terrorist declaration of BML having no effect.
The difference this time is we won’t have Secretary Esper and General Milley running interference when trump gives the order to shoot protestors. 😬

I’m not an American and I certainly don’t support the 2nd amendment. Nor do I support minimising murder because you hold a different view to that of the victim.
I doubt I agree with anything Charlie Kirk said, but at least he used debate over violence.

Have you considered the theory Maxwell is behind the leaked birthday message, as a way to bring the Admin to the negotiation table? She provides cover for Trump and his buddy’s, while giving up his enemies and gets a reduced sentence in return? It happened just days after the DOJ opposed her appeal.

To me it looks like the proposed extra $377m in the 2023 budget, was to pay for an additional 318 FTE, which was to include 100 Judges.

Based off the FY2023 Budget, I doubt $1.25b over 4 years (less than 25% additional $$) is enough to even double the number of judges.
Govt isn’t that efficient, just ask Elon.
They may need to buy & staff new facilities. It all adds up.
