Currently working on a HAT that can provide power and perform high power solar charging (~100W) of high capacity LiFePo4 batteries while monitoring voltage and power usage! This will allow us to power a PI 24/7 in remote locations while running computer vision tasks!

There was a lot of interest in my LED display, 3D printed with translucent filament to create light pipes. I've used some Translucent filament to 3D print a window into the lid of my enclosure for a small LED matrix display! So we can display device information without exposing the electronics to the elements! #3dprinting #esp32

I'm going to need a smaller box.... the Raspberry PI set-up takes up a lot less room in the old enclosure. You can see the buck converter in the back regulating power from the solar panel. #RaspberryPi #ecology #science
