It freezing with -5°C and 10m/s winter wind outside, but this old ROM chip from Atari 800XL is rather hot, and also produced dim solid red screen. Well, this could be fixed, I hope!

New "charger"! It is called "240W". Surley not for having anything in common with its name - just proudly pushing the whole 9 Watts to a very power hungry Chromebook :) $2 well spent, no doubt!

Well, even if this #Atari 520ST factory mod bumping #RAM to 1MB looks like a small tram rails - it sadly needs to go. Replacing too many of those piggybacked chips - and more and more are failing - all need to go and be replaced by two 2MB - 1Mb x16 chips with 60ns label!

After bit of blind search I found the correct set up for #Elwro Junior 800 replica: #RGBtoHDMI with #Amstrad CPC and change od sync to V+H+

And it works! Polish replica by Przemysław Węgrzyn with help from Mikołaj Cichal and the whole #Elwro 800 Junior group - works fine when used with Polish UCY74LS04. CEMI, you better ramp-up the production lines. Thanks to all involved, it was great fun! #reteoreplica #z80 #zxspectrum
