A lot of the species/planet names were revealed via Bandai cards that came with toys (that aren't mentioned in the show). I'd imagine they were decided before as they were pretty consistent in merch during the original show. The cards even had art for the alien planets (Idk who illustrated those).

I knew Dave Johnson also had designing aliens like Cannonbolt and Wildvine, and I think you also worked on them. But I thought you designed all the aliens that Ben transforms into after those.
