just a friendly reminder:

there's more to life than hustle and work. remember to take a break if you're here for the long run.
July 14, 2025 at 4:00 PM
just a reminder. 2025 is 50% over.

how many of your plans have you achieved already?
July 2, 2025 at 2:45 PM
there are 168 hours in a week:

you sleep for 58
you work for 40
that leaves 70 hours for family, fun, food, transit, chores.

are you sure you can't spend an hour per day building your own business?

i haven't been that active here for the past month.

every time i lose the motivation, and feel like quitting...

i get reminders like this to keep going and build passive income!

most people overcomplicate startups.

you need:

- a problem
- a landing page
- a checkout

then share content that drives people to your solution. that’s it. that’s the playbook.
June 12, 2025 at 12:00 PM
you don’t need to learn how to code. you need to learn how to ship.

duct tape Stripe, Figma, Notion, newsletters and content. the market doesn’t care HOW it works, as long as it works.
June 11, 2025 at 3:00 PM
designers who fear AI will take their job are missing the point.

you bring the taste and creativity. AI brings the speed. together, you're unstoppable.

hot take:

for solo founders marketing is more important than product.
June 9, 2025 at 4:00 PM
your first product will suck.
your first MVP will suck.
your first website will suck.
your first launch will suck.

and that’s okay. if you wait until everything feels perfect, you'll never launch your business. launch early, learn quickly, refine later. that's how you #buildinpublic.

- don’t outsmart your competition
- don’t outwork your competition

- don’t outplan your competition

you don’t have to be better at everything. most people fail not because they lack talent or resources, but because they give up too soon. that means you can simply outlast your competition.
June 5, 2025 at 12:00 PM
maybe. just maybe.

you don't need to wake up at 6am to be productive.
June 4, 2025 at 3:00 PM
most creators don’t have a time problem. they have a direction problem.

when everything feels important, you can't focus on the few tasks that actually matter. when everything feels urgent, you miss the few tasks that actually bring results fast. put down that shiny new app and just do the work.
June 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM
you think you need more hours in the day?

you probably just need to stop constantly chasing "productivity" and get some clarity. clean out that to-do, reprioritize, and set some deadlines. you won't get more hours, but you'll get more done.

throwback to a year ago when i pranked everyone on april fools' with Notion Offline mode. it's now a reality.
May 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM
i went offline for 2 weeks to take a break.

did i miss anything important?
May 28, 2025 at 5:29 PM
daily reminder:

you don’t always need to be building, shipping, or hustling. sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause.

a break is part of the process too, so i'm taking mine to explore Rome and come back sharper. see you all in two weeks.

writing website copy to sell is not complex.

you just need to answer these 5 questions every visitor has:

- do you understand my problem?
- do others like your solution?
- how soon until results?
- why this price?
- why right now?

answer these doubts, and you're selling, not just writing.

i don’t journal
i don’t cold plunge
i don't engage daily
i don’t wake up at 5
i don't have zero inbox
i don't review goals weekly
i don’t time-block every hour
i don’t drink mushroom coffee

i simply keep showing up, and will do it consistently for years. this is how you win.
May 7, 2025 at 3:00 PM
i used to chase perfect:

- perfect idea
- perfect logo
- perfect timing
- perfect funnel
- perfect content
- perfect graphics
- perfect landing page
...

to be honest, i was wasting time.

done > perfect.

dead simple time management for solo creators:

- batch boring tasks
- block distractions
- automate repeat work
- say no to cool ideas

that's all. if it’s not moving the needle, it’s noise.
May 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM
busy ≠ productive.

an advanced system creates busywork.

a simple one removes it.
May 5, 2025 at 4:00 PM
the average person spends over 3 hours a day on their phone.

creators say they "don’t have time".

you do.
you're just spending it wrong.
May 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM
most creators don’t fail because of bad products.

they fail because nobody knows they exist.

distribution isn’t optional. it’s the business.
May 5, 2025 at 10:33 AM
it’s not when you wake up. it’s what you’re waking up to.

that's all. that's the whole tweet.
