Nick might be thinking of the S1 finale after Grissom gets put on leave and the team (Cath, Sara, Nick & Warrick) shows up at his house. Cath was also there in S2's Burden of Proof (at the end, when they were talking about Sara and the hamburger incident and he sends her a plant).

It's kinda funny you thought Andy Berman was Josh Berman's brother when in fact Josh Berman's brother is David Berman, ME assistant David Phillips on CSI... I feel like Nick is a little lost because *many things* in this show you gotta read between the lines... specially when it comes to Grissom (+)
