On Android (16), I don't have that option. Clicking the "insert attachment" button gives no option but instead goes into files (or whatever this might be)

How? If you think about adding a photo from the phone into a note, that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about inserting the photo directly from the camera (e.g. you write a daily journal and want to insert a photo of the view or something). I don't know how to do that with the toolbar..

easier way to add images to notes on mobile (i.e. a button that opens a camera and stores the image in the predefined folder and also inserts the image at the cursor)

In season 1 of Friends, Matthew Perry was 25, playing a 26 year old guy, and he looked about right for that age. In season 1 of HIMYM, Josh Radnor was 32, playing a 27 year old guy, and looking like 17-20 year old. I just don't get it..
