Smart, educated people rarely cause catastrophic harm.
This "natural safeguard" protected humanity for centuries.
"Conditional discharges" come with a probation period of up to three years.
Border authorities do not recognize conditional discharges as a lesser sentence. As a result of this a person may still be refused entry into the United States as a result of a conditional discharge.

WHAT IS KNOWN ABOUT THE MANGIONE FAMILY?

"Mangione comes “from a prominent Baltimore family.” His grandfather was a self-made real estate developer who owned country clubs.
Luigi Mangione is related to Nino Mangione, a Republican representative"

I’m starting to think, honestly, that the covid vaccine has transform America in a country in which some people was left with some degree of mental defect that does not allow them to reason clearly.

- Isn't the "presidential pardon" a legal process?

- Did Biden's son's "crime" cost someone's life or property?

And yes, Biden said he would not pardon Hunter.
Given who Trump is nominating to the DOJ and FBI, should he have thrown his son to the wolves?

That is the questions to ask.

Seeing these days who Trump intends to nominate to the DOJ and FBI should he have thrown his son to the wolves? That is the question to ask ourselves.

Isn't the "Presidential Pardon " a legal procedure?

Did the "crime" of Biden's son cost someones life or a material loss?

Have the citizens of this country completely lost the ability to distinguish right from wrong?

He is going to destroy everything because Americans, in an act of collective unconsciousness, elected him to do it. 100 Million didn't even bother to vote and 76 Million don't care about the Republic, Democracy or Decency. If it happens it will be an act of self-destruction.

The Constitution to which I swear allegiance calls for "the peaceful transition of power," it does not call for: "surrender to a tyrannical, autocratic idea that promises to destroy institutions and terminate the Constitution."

I think we should abolish the word “Ethics”. It no longer means anything, it has no content or application, they don't care. We must convert these “norms” into laws to protect Democracy and the Constitution. Stop playing "nice".
