I have just read _Stella Maris_ by Cormac McCarthy: such an amazing book. Through the words of Alicia, McCarthy discusses philosophy, mathematics, physics, sadness, and madness.
I think that this is one of his masterpieces and it deserves a second reading.

I recently read one of Cuban author Reinaldo Arenas' latest novels. Though written as prose, one can feel the poetry between the lines. This book is my first experience with one of the best writers from my homeland, a bit late, I know.
