This is a great point actually, and like the report states put the onus on the victim. Incredibly challenging but I really could see the merit in having a dedicated outcome for telling not reporting but requires ratification by a SUPT or similar to ensure ethical use.

Surely a way of solving this is having a new outcome added that is effectively ‘telling not reporting’

It’s so nice to scroll and not see violent , sexualised and right wing content which I never asked for in the first place.
