TL:DR. Electricity and gas are cheaper than they have ever been. Water is much more expensive. Few efficiencies exist to be wrung out further.

NCVC reunion of sorts at Hank Banta’s funeral.
When I joined NCVC in 1992, Hank was my hero. He was this impossibly old dude (who was younger than I am now) who could rip the legs off the beginners. Beyond his ability on the bike, he was always there to volunteer at events as well.
