Unfortunately, none of the people who caused and did this that have money will be in jail. It's a hopeful idea, that has been proven false everytime in the U.S. Usually those with money, may get a slap on the wrists at max, but they don't get their deserved legal punishment.

With the current events and actions of this congressional, executive, and judicial administration, nobody can't deny that the constitution is merely words on paper without any enforcement, since nobody is prosecuting nor facing criminal indictments and impeachment for its violations and abuses.
