Mark, this is just the tip of the iceberg. This entire disaster is about keeping democracy on fossil fuel’s chains. From Epstein papers to Gaza it’s about blocking a new generation of technologies that could make current wind and solar look like a Model T.

Like the rest of Philippines it was a US territory until 1948 and some of the local people were born US Citizens so many speak American English.

As a thought experiment, we have a population who has never had a single death from measles in 500 years. Their parents were all vaccinated and measles still exists.
