The Lego cat is amazing. My son got it for his birthday (he dreams of having a real cat but we're renting so he can't). Every time I walk into the room, in the moment before my consciousness kicks in, I think there is a real cat sitting on the windowsill.

Thanks so much to @wonderlandbookshop.bsky.social for my prize. It arrived on Saturday and my son has already finished Maisie vs Antarctica and almost finished Starminster. The books will then go on to my classroom, so this will be a very well-appreciated prize (and I'm always short of bookmarks)!

It would be interesting to know how many of that 16% are single income houses. My salary is really very decent, but even so, paying everything by myself means it soon runs out. And being at the top of the payscale means I can't see that changing any time. It's a constant niggling worry.
