Asbocat had a vet visit today as she was hobbling. Luckily, nothing serious. She's not impressed at not being allowed into the garden though.

Supper tonight stars @nigella.bsky.social's herb crusted roast lamb with leeks, spinach, goose fat roasted potatoes and onion sauce. The sauce's beige appearance belies its depth of flavour. So good. Can't believe I'd forgotten it for so long.
