This mornings walk was interrupted by a pod of dolphins at Rose Bay! I’ve never seen dolphins this far into the harbour, and it was such a treat!
They happily frolicked around to the delight of everyone (except the commuters late for work on the ferry that couldn’t leave the wharf til they did 🤭🐬)

A glimpse of last Saturdays farmers market produce with this amazing peach and nectarine upside-down cake! Only the second time I’ve made this (& many thanks to my 1st taste-tester @drruthmitchell.bsky.social) but it’s so good! Lemon and yoghurt cake balance the fruit well.

A glimpse of last Saturdays farmers market produce with this amazing peach and nectarine upside-down cake! Only the second time I’ve made this (& many thanks to my 1st taste-tester @drruthmitchell.bsky.social) but it’s so good! Lemon and yoghurt cake balance the fruit well.
