Nerd time: I’d classify Gladiator as one of the best movies of all time. It’s a favorite. So I watched Gladiator II last night finally, and no disrespect to those involved because I was entertained (ha), but… I could’ve lived without it. Gladiator is a masterpiece. Hard to follow a masterpiece.

It’s snowing. I was not ready.

I have to speak in front of a bunch of people tomorrow about being a woman working in a male dominated field and I haven’t written a thing which means I’m going to be up late. I am not a “wing-it” person. Stuttering and all sorts of awkwardness ensues.

It’s not bad (so far, anyway… hi cat-loving people!) but weird I can’t be private over here. Haven’t decided how I feel about that yet. Makes me hesitant to post anything too personal whereas over on the other place I was private and felt safe to. Hmm.

I’ve watched The Mist at least twice, and Walking Dead all the way through twice, and only just realized on my 3rd watch of The Mist that Carol and Andrea and Dale are all in both of them.

I missed #caturday but doing it anyway, just a bit late.
