Desperately wanting to make nerdy friends, Redditors advised I wear something that might spark conversation. I quickly embroidered a bag and set off to a bookshop full of hope but it didn’t work. Tried again 👎🏻Now I’m worried it’s unrecognisable/ just looks like another (real not Elvish) language! 😝

Sharing this jacket I hand embroidered ft one of my favourite songs - The Lakes, from the album Folklore by Taylor Swift! (The Lake District, poetry, music - YES) I’m very new to embroidery, I find it is extremely relaxing & helps my adhd brain to focus completely on something! Give it a go!

My daughter says she sets an alarm at 3am so that she can wake up and think it’s time to get up, but then look at the clock and experience the pleasure of realising she still has 4 hours of sleep to enjoy 🥴 help lol! #sleep
