What if the Columbus City Council election was a ward system instead where only District 7 residents voted for the District 7 race?

Vogel 62% (10,829 votes)
Ross 38% (6,592 votes)

Vogel won 60 of the 79 precincts in District 7 (76%)

No resource suggestions (though I am definitely following to get same!), but when I started, I asked more senior women in my program for a specific phrasing on how to respond to such advances. Our retainer says sexual harassment is cause for withdrawal, but behavior up to that line is trickier...
