We had an interesting problem with these gears recently where the alignment holes were cut undersized by the vendor!
Thankfully the dowel pins in the jig could be replaced with bearings to create an impromptu kinematic coupler! Not ideal, but it’s been a great patch-fix so far 😅

That’d be awesome. It’s on my list to try those weird Temu laser welders too.
