It was the school holidays in France, and the kids had a fantastic time! They went to a ski school and enjoyed various other activities.During this break, I also reflect on how to better support them.

My 7-year-old son, who has ADHD, doesn't enjoy reading. So I made an experiment, about children's motivation, especially those with ADHD:
1)Provide a context they enjoy (for short-term motivation).
2)Offer a reward related to their interests (for long-term motivation).
3)Establish a routine.

Today, my children's podcast is about positive affirmations. I believe we shouldn't wait until adulthood to engage in meditation or personal development. Positive affirmations boost a child's self-esteem and belief in their abilities, paving the way for confident and resilient individuals
