I grow increasingly tired of hearing
“ once in a 100 year ( flood, wild fire, natural disaster) and then the praying for victims.. why not TODAY set limits on building anywhere near streams, rivers, creeks that have EVER flooded more than 15 feet above normal pools.. a flood ONCE will repeat again
