It’s huge. You are never as free as when you’re single. Being with the wrong person spills over into everything in your life. I often wonder how much more my mom & grandma could’ve accomplished w/o marrying someone who wasn’t good to them.

I’d use it for noodle soups. My fave is bok choy and cut up chicken (marinated Cantonese style, or not) and either cooked somen or other non-friend noodle like yet ca mein. 🥰

I will try it! I love senchas and matchas - they are more astringent and “grassy”. But the kabusecha tasted like boiled veg and that was literally not my cup of tea 😆

Yes, but I had to anyway because I had to feed the kids. 3 yrs in I’ve found that motherhood for me involves regularly muttering, “Fuck. FUCK!” to myself all day long

How do you haul the stuff home? I’ve been thinking of joining because we’re a family of 4 (2 very young kids) but we don’t have a car as we live downtown Toronto and I keep thinking it’d be so $$$ to Uber home (plus it’d be a huge hassle to take the kids because of carseats)
