I made bannock on the weekend. I thought I made a lot of it. But it's all gone and I'm sad. I don't know if my takeaway is that I should have made more or I should be making it more often.

Round 3 - Final Round! Thankfully way better than round 2. All of them were decent. The Boylan was my favorite for just drinking this round. The Brownie made an amazing float. The Dad's was unique. The Jones was very generic.

Round 2: Bear n Beaver, Farmery, Pop Shoppe and Stewarts. This was a rough round. Stewart's was the best, but let's be clear here, there were no winners this round.

Round 1 of root beer tasting. Intergalactic, Barq's, Mug and A&W.
Intergalactic was super good, but not as a root beer. It was really heavy on the clove and reminds me of a Christmas drink. Mug was my favorite traditional root beer. My round 1 pick: Intergalactic

After years of thinking I hate root beer, it has come to my attention that might not be true anymore. @phoul.bsky.social and I are going to test that theory. By the end of this, I will definitively know my feelings about root beer.

Today is the 2 year anniversary of the day @phoul.bsky.social and I went to a corn maze to celebrate his birthday. While we were there, a kitten stole our hearts. That kitten would become our Tucker. It's hard to believe he was once smaller than Abby!
