On the other hand, some organic poisons can still become more toxic overtime. Basically, just don't drink poison, it's always poisonous. Apologies for the multiple responses lol had to be thoughrough but word limits

It would still make you a little sick to ingest unless diluted and decomposed fully because of the harmful bacteria that's causing the decomposition, but it will still be less potent than the initial toxicity.

Depends on the poison. Arsenic, mercury and thallium are all toxic elements that never decay- and thus never expire. Many organic poisons, however, are likely to become less poisonous overtime due to their ability to decay/decompose.
