It's the definition of an over-zealous officer. Charge him with a PI, throw him in the drunk tank, and let him sleep it off. I'd also support impounding the jeep to prove a point about keeping it off the road and bc I think it'd be funny.

You've gotta take that pitch - you can't throw a baby more than 30-40 mph so your timing would be way off. And even if you square it up you'll never get that baby out of the infield. It's a sure out.

Based off this framing, one might reasonably conclude that the police show more caution and constraint if you're heavily armed.

Yeah I had to look that up. If you define it the way most people would, the avg estimated 33% is pretty close: "Since 2007, the percentage of adults who say they are atheist, agnostic or “nothing in particular” in the Center’s surveys has grown from 16% to 29%."
