I am always amazed by the arrogance. I can imagine IT people saving money on IT services, but how can someone with zero experience on contracting or the services being delivered by those contracts think it can "flag" what is wasteful?

The strange part is not recognizing that by taxing the wealthy and supporting the working class with better wages would achieve much better results. However, the wealthy have spent billions in the last 50 years to prevent that.
