Our current health care system is not designed to provide quality care to all people.
It is designed to make huge profits for insurance & drug companies.
In that sense, the system is working very well.
But it is not working for the average American.
We need Medicare for All.

I heard about an interesting kind of book club today! They don’t assign a book, but everyone reads something to bring to the discussion and then they swap. Sounds like a great idea to me.

I honestly believe our most powerful position in a toxic time that feeds on cynicism, apathy,& despair is to genuinely care and act for a better world.
