How to brief someone for such a meeting? How to prepare someone for being belittled and humiliated? What to do when you are put in such an awful position? I guess it is always the same question, which no one can answer - how to handle a bully when you cannot simply run away?

Sim, consideramos todos o mesmo. Os que somos forçados à pré-reforma, principalmente. Mas quem é nos vai voltar a empregar, se temos a ma sorte de ser apanhos por uma reorg? Grata por trabalhar até ao 67, desde que encontre emprego aos 57....
