For Taco Tuesday I made build your own shrimp tacos
Seasoned the shrimp and made a sour cream/garlic/lime/Sriracha sauce that paired really well with everything
It was delicious 🤤

First time baking salmon. Baked salmon in garlic, Dijon and lemon marinade with a simple arugula salad
Paired with a small bottle of prosecco
It was delicious, next time I'll really marinate the salmon cause it came out delicious 😋

People weren't kidding about the stock light inside the Elegoo Centauri Carbon being awful. Added a strip of led lights to the riser I printed and it's so much better lol
Though I have heard that Elegoo has upgraded the lighting in the newer units
