Here to scream into the void. Mostly I'll just repost from Imgur and rail against the dying of the light. Might post about my process of leaving the country.
To say the cabin is near a lake is an understatement. It was near a dozen other lakes as well. There's lots of lakes. Thousands maybe. It is a land full of lakes. That might be nicer in the summer but in the spring time it was freezing to my southern ass. I ended up playing a lot of Legend of Zelda.

It's also very hilly. So the ten minute walk to the shore is a 20 minute haul back to the cabin and at that pace you are not staying ahead of the flies... I'm being very negative... It is a beautiful country. Well worth a more prepared trip.
