she ended up saying “i hope you have the day you deserve” and then complained to my manager who deadass just looked at me like “damn.” and let me take a ten because i cry when im enraged

(which, if you know me, i do. i’m the second highest rated cashier so far)

i tried to apologize and explain (basically informing her how human conversations work) but she shut me down

so i was in a conversation with my bagger which i was clearly finishing up (and actively transferring my attention to the customer). she starts pushing things onto my scanner, saying “i don’t have time for you to be chatty” and “you need to pay attention to your customers”

YEAH
