There are no good F&H TTRPGs sadly. I intend to make one eventually but for now homebrewing an existing system is your best bet.

I mean... why don't they? There just needs to be a separation between "this game has nudity and adult content" and "this game is gooner shit", and make it so that we can turn off one or the other.

You can see on the screenshot that I was talking about it for long before the TTRPG itself was published, an entire year before in fact. This fucking sucks and this person should stop being a lazy fuck and remove the stuff people asked them to remove. #FearAndHunger #FearAndHungerTTRPG
