Even as a white descendant of Appalachian settlers, I'm interested in getting this because Black Old-Time is an integral part of Appalachian musical history.

Great find at my local library. The author is a white lady, but it mentions Africa a lot when I thumb through the pages, and forward by Rhiannon is an awesome sign.

I know CH is a payaso and that this framing of the “spectrum” of US politics is standard in corporate media and bourgeois culture, but the full range of politics within judges fall is essentially JUST the spectrum of neoliberalism itself. The difference between, say, Obama & Reagan is not that wide.
