It's frustrating, but in fairness, if they didn't do that you could 'dodge' all the heavy attacks by slamming your face into them to take only one damage from contact damage and i-frame through the actual attacks.

The especially funny part is that, IIRC, adjusted for inflation it's basically the axact same price as Hollow Knight was.
