If they had done a simple EEG when I first had seizures, I’d have had treatment & recovered & probably not been left w/ permanent damage. But that’s what medical misogyny & views re autistic & traumatised ppl left me with for life. These medical views have to be rooted out. They kill many ppl.

Expected to survive. Nothing can stop it: not HRT, not a hysterectomy. The problem w/ my womb is in my brain.

And when they come they cause a severe vomiting disorders, status epilepticus (an epilepsy event that kills), total insomnia, acute pancreatitis & v severe scalp folliculitis. I’ve had to be in resus many times now. My extended family has been encouraged to come say their goodbyes because I wasn’t

So my encephalitis went untreated until I had 14 back to back seizures & needed to have resuscitation multiple times. It left me w/ a brain injury which, amongst other things, left me with seizures & an HPA injury which means my hormones are all fucked up. My periods can now come 3 times in a month

I was doing/ thinking other weird stuff too. It’s all known symptoms of encephalitis, but instead they treated it as evidence of their theory that ND “woman” w/ a history of trauma was “stressed.” That was the dx- “stress”

It got worse as my behaviours got weird- which is another symptom. I got prosopagnosia & saw other ppl’s faces in place of relatives’ faces. I saw familiar faces instead of strangers’ faces- so I kept approaching ppl I didn’t know & would feel hurt that ppl I’d “known” for years didn’t recognise me

They must have a metal detector for rage in their minds & just go around scanning the world for nonsense to be furious about.

It’s weird enough when they freak out about real trans people & drag, but this one somehow made it so that the Bible references it being a sin for men to pretend they’re women on PC games so that their fake houses can be pink & girly. They were soooo furious!

When I say they wield epistemic control, I don’t simply mean about this issue. I mean over our knowledge on all matters- including politics as a whole. They get to decide who is electable.

It is right that the people prompting the creation of these images be criminalised. But it is also not right that the companies generating them are not. This is the law being applied asymmetrically due to tech companies wielding epistemic control which scares politicians.

Our government must get this exactly right in order to prevent those harms and not be afraid to say that it is the AI companies who are generating the images because they’re not being created by ppl w/ photoshop. They’re being created by ppl giving prompts to technology which creates them.

I want to say very plainly: this will lead to downstream harms. The normalisation of sexualised images of children will cause shifts in people’s thinking & sexual interests which risks leading to physical acts of child endangerment, even beyond the life-destroying creation of CSA images

We’re living in an age where politicians have largely become the servants of tech companies. Musk knows this. He knows this law is weak & won’t create the real changes. Describing it as fascistic is just sport for him.

Shifted too far in favour of tech companies so that they now control the “truth” which dictates who holds the political power in our “democracies.”

The politicians haven’t honestly clarified who’s actually generating the images: AI tech, because it avoids trade, investment, & liability consequences

The politicians talk about this new law as it criminalising those who generate the images- that language is completely incorrect. Idk if it’s semantic & technological ignorance or a purposeful avoidance of holding the tech companies properly to account because epistemology has

If the law was better written, then the AI corporations would be criminalised for generating the images based on those prompts. That’s the only true way this will stop. Criminalise the orgs & the guardrails will magically appear overnight. Otherwise there will always be perverts & abusers prompting
