I just realized I used repeated movements after the diagnose.
I masked for so long (received my diagnose at 43 yo) that I am finding out I masked a lot from myself also.
And now that I am starting to unmask it feels "wrong" to unmask... but there is always a big relief after unmasking.

The fear of missing relationships is so constant it makes me never stop blaming myself for every little possible misunderstandings even if they hadn't ever happened.
