Having not been on social media much, I'm not good at profile writing. Here goes. My interests are (not necessarily in order of importance): gardening, gaming, reading, living, sleeping, my dogs, unofficial bird watching, baking, drawing... How's that?

We recently lost our 10+ year old golden mix. I would have loved for her to tell us she wasn't feeling well so we could have taken her to the doctor sooner. They hid illness so well it was too late by the time we noticed something was wrong. I hope one day someone invents a pet speech translator.

I was such an avid physical book reader that it was difficult for me to listen to books. When I first started to read them that way I couldn't "see" the people and places as clearly as when I'd read the words. At this point, my brain has adapted but the written word still gives more more visuals.

I've read The Left Hand of Darkness many times in print form. This time I'm listening to it. Le Guin's books have always been a comfort to me. This one is one of my favorites:

Ah, I see. I know I sound jaded, but I've seen so many wholly AI-generated products lately that makes me sad. If an artist chooses to use AI, that's up to them. To each their own.

Like many in the cult, she doesn't believe Felon47 is to blame. She blames fellow republicans in Congress and the admin, but not 47.

It makes me wonder who suggested that to Felon47. He wouldn't have come up with that on his own. He doesn't read books and can barely read the teleprompters. Whoever did suggest that theme knew exactly what they were doing. Felon47 is a mere placeholder for what comes next.

They should sue Homan, Bovino, Bondi, Patel, Miller, Vought, Felon47 and Vance civilly. It's not the fault of the United States it's the fault of evil men and women in the US government.
