It sorta already happens in the parks. I think one of the admission rules is that you agree you might be filmed or photographed and Disney has the right to use that for whatever they want.
There are, I think, still some protections for individuals related to defamation or misrepresentation, though.

How did that sabotage Democrats? He knew the next CR would be coming around just before the November elections, which was a much better time for a shutdown fight.
